"1. Tyler and his staff have failed to make requested necessary changes to my 4 policies for 5 months, despite numerous phone calls.
2. This office also charged me for my roommate’s motorcycle policy and added it to my account in addition to his account.
3. I’ve had nothing but issues with this location and it takes them days to weeks to return phone calls/texts. Also, everyone blames the other agent and nobody owns up to their mistakes.
4. I’m moving all my policies to a different location. Don’t waste your time with this agent. Their actions prove that your business is not important to them. Horrible service.

"I was very nervous about changing policies. Was with my previous one for over 10 years simply because I was not comfortable switching. I got quotes from lots of agents. Then State Farm popped up....why not...I called and got the nicest and most patient agent on the other end. Tyler was so kind and answered all my questions, shared information in a manner even I could understand. I was so excited. I felt very confident from the beginning. My rate was way below what my previous agent was charging me. Customer service is rated excellent.
This morning I was struggling with my app and had a policy question as well. Called and got Zach. Oh my he was just as nice and considerate. I hope i will have a long and pleasant stay with this company. You really need to call and get a quote. You won't regret it"

"Horrible. I was transferred over to this agent randomly and with no say years ago, despite liking our other one. Had a claim from the April 2026 hail storm. Ran into numerous issues with the claim process, so contacted Tyler directly for some assistance (after all, that's what their ads always say -- here for the assist or whatnot). Never received a response from him. State Farm as a whole has been a nightmare to work with for our hail claim, and this agent just ignored me, so would not recommend."

"By far the worst and most bizarre experience
Our company had a policy with another agent do to this location's convenience decided to switch over. And also add the our second business

I dealt with Zach and thats where the problems began. I had to go in there 3 different times to correct his mistakes from what vehicles should be added and one removed to rated drivers
The policies entered each time with totally different coverage vs decided and discussed

After Zach dropped the ball so many times Tyler stepped in and basically said zach did nothing wrong it was state farms back office themselves who messed up and then tried blaming the issues on a situation where a co owner died for one business only But the thing is the business that had the most issues was the newly added one who only ever had me as the owner

Then I tried scheduling several appointments and no responses or delayed multi day responses

These guys aren't professional seems like a bunch of kids who shared the same frat that want to skate by doing the bare minimum they are as helpful as an ashtray on a motorcycle. You are better off asking a tree to write up your insurance policy

I had given Tyler some time to correct his co workers errors and fix this mess and he dropped the ball as well ( he'll probably get on here and blame Santa Claus)
Another agent showed me the email of them requesting to transfer over and Tyler refuses to respond to them"
